Die Separators perform the same function of a die handler, provide a safe and efficient method of separating dies and molds.  Die Separators also offer the capability of powered separation for dies that won't separate from gravity alone.

An alternative design to the traditional vertical die separator is the horizontal die separator. With this configuration the die is removed from the press and is flipped from its horizontal to vertical position. It is then pulled apart in the horizontal direction. Lexco can provide integrated die flippers for a complete system that is safe and efficient for the heaviest of dies and molds.
