The gallery of equipment below is a sampling of custom work we have performed for our customers. The gallery represents some of our more custom projects.  However, in many instances we have provided our customers with standard equipment with only slight modifications. 

Die Handlers and Die Separators	Return to top
Horizontal Die Separator This die separator can be used to manipulate large dies or molds.  This particular model is used to separate dies up to 20,000#.  Once separated, the operator can service the die.  When finished, the die can be reset.  This die separator uses synchronized hydraulic cylinders, a rigid frame, and linear bearings for precise realignment.
Small Customized Die Handler This compact die handler can be used to separate and service small dies up to 2000#, 24" wide by 20" deep.  This particular model includes die rollers for easy transfer and pins to secure the die on the platform.  The die clamps' flexible positioning anywhere along the boom and the large lift range allows this die handler to work with a variety of sizes within its capacity.  The clamps and hangers include an indexing mechanism so the upper half of the die can be rotated and locked in position.  Several other sizes, capacities, and options are available to custom configure a model for your application.

Quick Die Change (QDC) Rotating Top Cart with Lift - Can handle 2 dies at a time! This 5,000# capacity die cart has a rotating top to quickly exchange dies with a press or storage rack.  Table top is designed to handle two dies.  Removable clamps and pins are used to secure the die during transport.  The top's rotation can also be locked.  Ball transfers provide easy transfer of the die.  The top also includes locator pins and a fence for each die to precisely align the die with the press.  This table has 4 guide posts and two hydraulic cylinders for precise lift.
QDC Die Cart with Lift - Can handle 2 dies at a time! Table 2,000# capacity table includes ball transfers for easy transfer of the die, 4 guide posts and two hydraulic cylinders for precise lift, and removable clamps and pins to secure the die during transport.
Translating Top Die Cart with Lift This 4,000# capacity electric hydraulic lift table includes a manually operated translating top for a fine adjustment when aligning the die with the press.
Two Tier QDC Die Cart with Lift - Can handle 2 dies at a time! This 750# capacity electro-mechanical die cart includes a powered lift, two working platforms with ball transfers, extension bridges, and oversized casters for low rolling resistance.  The high range of lift allows this die cart to transfer dies to and from storage racks and presses.

Mobile Lift Tables (self propelled)	Return to top
High Lift Mobile Table 4000# capacity lift table with drive unit.  Lift range is from 8" to 48".  No load speed is approximately 4 mph.

Mobile Conveyor Stand Stand is ballasted for stability.  This stand can be moved quickly to different locations on assembly line to reduce production downtime.
Ultra-Rigid and Precise Lift Table This table has a thick welded plate construction, 4 triple telescoping guide posts, and synchronized mechanical ball-screws to minimize deflection and tilting of the top when a offset load is present.
Tray Unsleaver This custom piece of equipment is used by the US Post Office.  It has a large lift range and the fork can go as low as 4" off the ground.  Lift is accomplished by and electro-mechanical acme screw.
Small Lift Table with Variable Speed Decent This lift table has a variable speed descent as well as a slow speed governing device.
